Thrive Allen County is pleased to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Kansas CARES Navigator Subgrants. Nonprofits in rural Kansas communities are invited to submit proposals for $45,000 to provide year-round health care navigation services. Navigators are individuals trained and able to assist consumers looking for health coverage options through the Marketplace, including completing eligibility and enrollment forms. These individuals are required to be unbiased, and the services provided are free to consumers.
